Cressman Homes is a family business and has a solid foundation of building hundreds of homes over the past 30 years throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. In 1992 Duane Cressman, with his wife Lori, started Prairie Rose Developments in Saskatoon. In addition to building homes, Duane served on both the Provincial and National boards of The Home Builders’ Association. While acting as the President of Saskatoon’s Home Builders’ Association, he also served on the board of Saskatchewan’s New Home Warranty program. Committed to the industry and local growth, Prairie Rose Developments soon became one of the top Home Builders in the Saskatoon region.
In 2001 the Cressman Family relocated to the Lower Mainland of BC and transitioned into the name Cedarbrook Homes, building larger luxury single family homes both on spec and custom homes. By 2002 Cedarbrook Homes was chosen to build in the prestigious “Street of Dreams” on Eagle Mountain in Abbotsford, B.C.
In 2013, the company expanded into Alberta as well as still building in B.C. under the new company name – Cressman Homes Ltd. In 2015 operations wrapped up in Alberta and have been now solely focused on building in the Lower Mainland.
Our son-in-law, Nathan Doubroff, is our Project Manager and has been mentored by Duane since 2017 in the home building business and brings over 7 years experience in management, sales and marketing. Along with his role as Project Manager to ensure each and every home is built to our strict standards, Nathan makes it his goal to provide every customer an exceptional experience. With a dedicated team focused on going above and beyond, Cressman Homes was able to build 25 Homes of Distinction in 2018.
They continue to grow and build in new communities in the Fraser Valley and now in the Interior of British Columbia.
Stay tuned for more quality projects on the horizon.
