As discussed in your walk through, if you have an emergency please refer to the Home Owner Manual that was provided for a list of emergency phone numbers and suppliers that you may contact directly. If this is a non-emergency, we will by happy to assist you at either the 1 month, or 12 month dates after purchase. In order to accommodate your request in a timely fashion, please take note of the following:
Service calls are made from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All requests for service must be made specifically for defects in the home that are covered under the Home Warranty Program. For more information on the Home Warranty Program, please refer to your Home Owner Manual and Warranty Policies.
