Cressman Homes is a family-run business which has been crafting homes in British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan for over 30 years. We now serve the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and British Columbia Interior by providing exceptional custom-built and tailorable, luxury-designed homes.

Duane & Lori Cressman

Duane & Lori Cressman
Founders
In 1992, Duane and Lori founded Prairie Rose Developments in Saskatoon, SK. Through their commitment to community and industry growth, they quickly built Prairie Rose Developments into one of the region’s top home builders.
Duane has served on both the provincial and national boards of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association. He was the Vice President of the Saskatoon Home Builders’ Association (HBA) for 1 year and then was acting President for 1 year. During that same time, he also served on the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program Board of Directors.
In 2001, The Cressmans relocated to the Lower Mainland of BC where they built luxurious single-family homes in and around Abbotsford, B.C. In 2013, they expanded their company into Alberta under a new name, Cressman Homes Ltd.
In 2015, Duane and Lori wrapped up operations in Alberta to focus on crafting exquisite homes solely in the Lower Mainland and the beautiful BC Interior.

As the owner of Cressman Homes, Nathan brings over 7 years of experience in management, sales and marketing. Along with his role of ensuring every home is crafted to strict standards, Nathan makes it his priority to provide exceptional service to every homeowner.
Cressman Homes truly is a family affair. Nathan was entrusted to the business by his in-laws Duane and Lori and has been mentored by Duane in the industry since 2017. He continues to build on the Cressman reputation and hopes his 3 young girls (Aspen, Cambria, and Marigold) will one day be an integral part of the business as well.
