Our Homes and Design & Build Process

We build exquisite custom homes designed specifically to your wish list and luxury-designed homes we can tailor to your style and taste. 

We’ll work together through 6-phases of your home design and build process: Consultation, Location Selection, Framework and Budget, Design, Build, and Completion. The cost and duration of each of these phases depend on several factors including the scope, location, customizations, and budget among others. 

Our custom homes and luxury-designed semi-custom homes are standout properties in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Choose from a range of luxuriously-designed single-family homes including ranch-style walk-outs, 2-stories with a traditional basement, and 2-stories with crawl space. Cost, Timeline & Customization Options

You can customize everything and anything in your custom home. From size to layout to location, if you can imagine it, we can build it. We'll work with you to design a property that reflects your tastes, style, and budget. We'll guide you toward options and ideas you hadn't thought of and ensure your expectations are exceeded.

For a faster possession time, select one of our luxury-designed homes with a pre-designed floor plan and choose the colours, materials, and finishings to make it uniquely yours. 

Every build is unique. The price of a custom home varies depending on the scope, materials, location, finishes, and various other factors.  We only work with the best tradespeople and use only the highest-quality materials which also affect the price. A completely custom home will also be a larger investment than a luxury-designed home.

The best way to get an idea of what your custom home may cost is to book a consultation. We'd be happy to hear about your vision, walk you through the options, and give you a better idea of what level of investment you'd be looking at.

The length of time it will take to build your custom home will depend on project scope, location, customizations, and various other factors. By working collaboratively with you, we can set a timeline suited to your goals of moving into your new home. 

Before The Consultation

Not at all, unless you already have land or have a very specific location in mind. Cressman Homes have secured lots in master-planned communities we can offer you. Contact us to book a consultation or a tour of available lots. 

No, but we recommend it. It's much easier to establish a budget and plan your custom build when we know what we have to work with financing-wise. When you have a construction mortgage in place it can speed up the construction process and get you into your final dream home faster.


Cressman Homes is licensed by the Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) which provides the '2/5/10' Warranty for your new home. Learn more about our warranty here.
